West Noble lady Chargers traveled to Hamilton tonight and defeated the host Marines 61 to 19. Ava Delong led the Chargers with 15 points while Elyse Mead added 12 and Addyson Burns and Ella Limerick each chipped in 11 points. Brooklyn Barden also scored 5 points, Leah Pruitt 4 and Cloie Ulrey 3. Coach Wik was pleased with the effort from the team. "This was our best offensive performance. It was good to put 4 players in double figures. We got balanced scoring from 3, the block, and drives to the basket. It was Ady Burns best game. She was confident on offense and anchored the back end of our zone defense. Ella Limerick also had her best offensive game of the season. I thought Freshman Brook Barden had a nice game off the bench and helped us on both ends tonight as well." The Chargers are back in action Friday night as they travel to Fremont for a 6 PM start.
