'The West Noble Chargers were defeated by Wawasee Saturday night at West Noble by a score of 45-33. The Chargers got off to a slow start in the first half but were able to rally in the second half before eventually falling to the visiting Warriors. Trevor Steele and Trey Shisler both led the Chargers with 13 points each. Ryan Glick added 3 while Aiden Replogle and Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges added 2. Coach Marsh was disappointed in the first half effort by the Chargers. "It just took us a while to get going tonight. We played the last quarter and a half how we want to play. Shisler came in and gave us a great spark off the bench to get us going in the 3rd quarter as did Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges." The Chargers will travel to Concord on Wednesday night to take on the Minutemen. Good luck guys! In JV action, the Chargers won 46-39. Payton Smith led the scoring with 13 points while Cameron Eash and Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges each added 10. Brody Mast chipped in with 8 while Trevor Martin finished with 5. Martin also had 5 assists and 4 steals while Payton Smith had 4 rebounds. Great job guys! In the C team game, Wawasee was victorious 39-32, Dalton Gibson led the scoring with 9 while Jared Glick and Patrick McDonald each had 6. Carsen Saggars and Creedyn Barth each chipped in with 5 while Nick Klages added a free throw.
