The West Noble boys basketball team fell to the Central Noble Cougars on Friday night in Ligonier. The Chargers and Cougars both excelled defensively but could not get in rhythm offensively. Nolan Kelly and Trevor Steele led with 9 points each while Aiden Replogle added 8. Caleb Saggars added 6 more for the Chargers while Ryan Glick and Blake Jones each scored 2 and Brody Mast added 1 free throw. The JV won by a score of 53-22. Payton Smith scored 21 to lead the Chargers while Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges added 10, Cameron Eash 9 and Zeb Eicher 8. The Chargers will play at Prairie Heights on Tuesday night.
