The West Noble Chargers and Eastside Blazers battled Thursday night in a quarterfinal NECC tourney contest. The Chargers won 55-39 despite the visiting Blazers putting up a valiant effort. Leading the scoring for the Chargers was Caleb Saggars with 15 while also pulling down 14 rebounds. Nolan Kelly and Aiden Replogle were sharp from behind the arc and scored 14 and 13 respectively. Trevor Steele added 8 while Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges added 3 and Brody Mast 2. The Chargers will play Friday night at Angola in the semifinals of the NECC tourney. The NECC tourney finals will be held at West Noble Saturday night beginning at 6pm with the girls game. Good luck Chargers!
