By Mike DeakWest Noble's gymnastics season has been extended by one week! With a new ruling in place to include the top three athletes per event not on an advancing team, West Noble didn't advance as a team, but saw two of its athletes make the regional round of the state tournament after the chalk dust settled at the Angola Gymnastics Sectional earlier today. Allie Haro qualified for the regional on both vault and floor by placing within the top nine overall spots, and teammate Neveah Patrick also advances from her bars routine. West Noble finished eighth in the team standings, but will fight on another week when Haro and Patrick compete next Saturday at the Huntington Gymnastics Regional. Congrats to them both, and to Karyme Barrientos and Hadassah Campos for their season of work as well.
