West Noble Track & Field vs. Garrett Recap (April 7, 2026) The West Noble Chargers hosted Garrett on Tuesday night in a competitive dual meet, with the girls team earning a strong team victory while the boys battled hard against a deep Garrett squad. Girls Recap – Chargers Dominate The West Noble girls delivered an outstanding performance, defeating Garrett 90–41. The Chargers were led by several first-place finishes and strong depth across the lineup: Gimena Aguilar set the tone early, winning the 100m (12.78) and adding another victory in the 200m (28.24) while also taking first in the high jump (4'10"). Trinity Parson swept the distance events, winning the 1600m (5:51.41) and 3200m (12:24.31). Victoria Mendoza captured the 100m hurdles (18.30) and placed second in the 300 hurdles. Kayle Jordan had a dominant night in the field, winning both the shot put (42' 4¼") and discus (110'5"). The Chargers also picked up relay wins in the 4x100 and 4x800, showcasing strong team depth. Additional key contributors included Allison Stabler (2nd in 400m), Lanie Martin (2nd in 800m), and Lynden Chordas (3rd in multiple distance events). Boys Recap – Strong Effort Against Tough Garrett Team The West Noble boys competed hard but fell to Garrett 77–54. Despite the loss, the Chargers had several standout performances: Graysen Ruch won the 1600m (4:50.24) and added a victory in the 3200m (10:14.46), leading the distance crew. Lucas Conway swept the hurdles, winning both the 110m hurdles (17.52) and 300m hurdles (44.59). Dustin Richardson claimed first in the high jump (6'2"). Xymire Barnes-Bridges earned a win in the long jump (18'6") and added strong sprint performances. The Chargers also saw key contributions from their middle-distance group and relay teams, including a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay. Overall Takeaway The girls team showed dominance and depth across all event areas, while the boys team highlighted strong individual performances and competitiveness against a talented Garrett squad.
