West Noble Tops Westview In Boys Track

West Noble swept both meets Tuesday night at Westview, using strong depth and standout individual performances to earn an 83-48 victory in the girls meet and a 70-62 win in the boys meet. 🔴🔵 Girls Meet (West Noble 83, Westview 48) West Noble dominated the girls meet with a balanced performance across sprints, distance, relays, and field events. Sprint strength led the way, as West Noble swept the top two spots in the 100-meter dash (Gimena Aguilar, Elyse Mead) and the 200-meter dash (Mead, Aguilar). Distance events were a major advantage, with wins from Lanie Martin (800m), Karla Dominguez (1600m), and Trinity Parson (3200m), along with multiple top finishes adding key team points. Relays played a big role, as the Chargers won the 4x100 and 4x800 relays. In the field events, West Noble showed depth: Gimena Aguilar won the high jump Giselle Pizana took long jump Kayle Jordan swept both discus and shot put Overall, the girls used depth and multiple podium finishes to pull away comfortably. 🔴🔵 Boys Meet (West Noble 70, Westview 62) The boys meet was much tighter, but West Noble’s depth and field event success made the difference. West Noble controlled the sprints early, finishing 1st and 2nd in the 100-meter dash (Dustin Richardson, Xymire Barnes-Bridges). Relays were crucial, with the Chargers winning both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. Field events proved to be the difference-maker: Dustin Richardson won both high jump and long jump West Noble swept the top three spots in long jump Ethan Yates won the discus Westview found success in distance events behind Noah Bontrager, who won the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m, helping keep the meet close.
