The West Noble boys track team had a strong showing at the **2026 IHSAA Boys Regional at Warsaw**, finishing tied for **19th overall with 9 team points** against a deep regional field. The Chargers scored in four different events, led by standout performances in the jumps, distance races, and throws. **Dustin Richardson** delivered West Noble’s top individual finish of the night, placing **5th in the High Jump** with a clearance of **6’3”**, earning **4 points** for the Chargers. Richardson also competed in the **100 Meter Dash**, running **11.41** in the prelims and finishing **13th overall**. **Xy’Mire Barnes-Bridges** added another strong field-event performance, placing **7th in the Long Jump** with a leap of **21’2”**, good for **2 team points**. He advanced to the finals after jumping **21’6”** in prelims. In the distance events, **Graysen Ruch** scored for West Noble in the **1600 Meter Run**, finishing **8th** with a time of **4:33.24**. Ruch came back later in the evening to run the **3200 Meter Run**, where he placed **9th** in **9:48.26**, just outside of scoring position. **Jackson Christlieb** also scored for the Chargers, placing **8th in the 400 Meter Dash** with a time of **50.81**, earning 1 point in a very competitive sprint field. In the throws, **Ethan Yates** battled his way into the finals of the **Discus** and finished **8th overall** with a throw of **146’5”**, adding another point to West Noble’s team total. **Nathan Troxel Gonzalez** represented West Noble in the **800 Meter Run**, finishing **13th** with a time of **2:09.96**. Overall, West Noble showed well across several event areas at the regional level. The Chargers scored in the high jump, long jump, 1600, 400, and discus, while also gaining valuable regional experience in the sprints, distance races, and middle-distance events. Northridge won the team title with **72 points**, followed by Warsaw with **67** and Penn with **55**. West Noble’s **9 points** placed them in a tie for **19th** in the final team standings.
