The West Noble girls soccer team turned in an impressive all-around performance Tuesday night, defeating Garrett 7-1. Allison Recendiz and Carolina Garcia led the Chargers’ balanced attack with two goals apiece. Paulette Garcia, Idea Valencia and Crystal Villalobos each added one goal. Mia Macias helped create several scoring opportunities and finished with two assists. Villalobos and Recendiz contributed one assist each, while goalkeeper Alessandra Torres recorded one save. “Great game tonight! The girls came out strong and showed great energy, especially after having a long weekend,” West Noble Head Coach Chris Macias said. “Proud of the way we competed and finished.” The six-goal victory continued a strong stretch of play for the Chargers as they displayed energy, teamwork and a determined finishing touch throughout the match.
