West Noble High School

Before students can participate in HS athletics for the upcoming school year of 2025-26, a NEW sports physical (dated after April 1 st , 2025) must be on file per IHSAA by-laws. West Noble and St. Martin’s Healthcare are partnering to provide West Noble Middle and High School with affordable, convenient physicals which will be done during the school day. Students will be called down during their free periods as long as they sign up. (if applicable) The Middle School date is April 15th while students at the High School will be able to participate on May 14th. The cost of the physical is $20 and it certainly is an inexpensive and convenient way for student to get an athletic physical. Forms will be available at the high school as the date approaches. Middle School students can pick up their forms from the office. Any student that might need financial help should please contact the office at their respective school.
