The West Noble boys track team was impressive on Thursday night at Angola High School in the IHSAA sectional. The Chargers were led by Jaylun Shaffer's outstanding meet by winning the 100 m and 200 m races while also being a part of the 400 meter relay championship squad. Dustin Richardson picked up a championship in the High Jump by leaping to a height of 6'4". Richardson was also part of the 400 meter relay squad along with Fernando Macias and Xavier Yates. The Chargers 1600 Meter Relay team consisting of Anthony Castillo, Brayden Knepper, Jaylun Shaffer and Dustin Richardson will also be advancing to the Goshen Regional after finishing 3rd tonight. West Noble's Graysen Ruch also placed 4th in the 3200 meter run. The Chargers finished 3rd as a team. Great job tonight guys!
