The Chargers played host to the Lakeland Lakers Friday night for 2025 homecoming. The Chargers jumped out to a 14-0 halftime lead on a Trey Shisler pass to Brayden Limerick. The Lakers came out at halftime and put a drive together to pull within 7, but that is the only score they would get and the Chargers would put up 20 consecutive points to win and also win the outright NECC Big School division title. The final score 34-7. Leading the way for the Chargers was quarterback Trey Shisler as he threw for 122 yards and a touchdown. Trey also ran for 34 and a touchdown. Brogan Parks had 92 yards rushing. Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges had 75 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Brayden Limerick had 3 catches and a touchdown. Trevor Steele also had three grabs. The Chargers are now 6-1 and 4-0 in NECC.
