West Noble traveled to Churubusco Friday night to play the small division champs. The Chargers jumped out to a 7-0 lead. The Busco offense would respond with a score of their own followed by a two point conversion. The Eagles would score once again before the half to take a 16-7 lead. The Chargers would storm back in the second half to take a 23-16 lead. The Eagles scored with 30 seconds to go to take a 24-23 lead. That would be enough to upset the Chargers. Leading the way for the Chargers was Trey Shisler who threw for 72 yards and a score. Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges had 80 yards rushing. McKale Bottles had 35 yards rushing and a touchdown. Xavier Yates had a receiving touchdown and Brogan Parks had a touchdown as well. The Chargers will finish the regular season next Friday night on Charger Hill with Prairie Heights.
