The Junior varsity football team hosted Churubusco Monday night on Charger hill. The Chargers came out swinging and took a 7-0 lead with 10 seconds into the game. The chargers defense would make a stop and the Chargers offense scored again to take a 15-0 lead. West noble would go onto win by a score of 35-14 over a tough Eagle squad. Leading the way for the Chargers was quarterback Jackson Christlieb who threw for 95 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for 118 and a score. Jadon Vargas carried for 80 yards and a score. Ryan Glick hauled in two catches for touchdowns and 85 yards while Trevor Martin had two catches and 34 yards rushing. Creed Barth was 4/4 extra points. The Chargers are now 4-4 on the season and will finish their season at Prairie Heights Saturday morning. Go Chargers
